If you are interested in carrying our products in your retail shop, please contact us. We love getting our products out there and into your stores!

Each poster comes with a scratcher tool to help you get a clean, precise scratch! You can also use a coin (dime works best) or clean eraser. After scratching off, shake off the foil shavings then use a damp paper towel to wipe the area off. This helps get all of the tiny spots you missed and to really make the colors pop!

No, please place a separate order for each address you'd like to mail to.

Due to the fragile nature of our scratch off posters, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for our Scratch Off Posters. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us upon receiving the product!

Please be very careful to enter the correct shipping address!

If you submit an incorrect mailing address and the order gets returned to me, or if your tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made, and then subsequently mailed back to me:

I can either issue you a refund minus actual shipping costs OR I can create a listing for you to pay reshipment charges to mail it back out to the correct address.

You can make changes to your order as long as it is not marked as "Shipped" in your account. Please message me right away and I will make the change. 

After it has been shipped out, I am not able to make any changes to your order (including any incorrectly entered shipping addresses).

We offer the following shipping options: 

Standard First Class Shipping: 3-5 days + processing time (approx)
Priority Shipping: 1-3 days + processing time (not USPS guaranteed, approx)
 

Yes! We are a small, family-run business and design every poster ourselves. We are the only ones who sell our posters, with the exception of our brick-and-mortar stockists!
